The Program

The focus of this intensive 4-day program is to build confidence in 'facilitative leadership', as a style working with individuals or a team of people. 

 

The skills of process leadership, art of facilitation, building vision, and working within personal and organizational values, set the foundation for the experience that awaits you. Experiencing the synergy of the group along with being a part of a powerful collaborative process is weaved throughout the four day program.

Throughout the program participants will be introduced to new ideas, tools and concepts; then have direct, hands-on opportunities to apply the learning
