Our Method

The tremendous scope provided by MGI increases the ability to tailor training to the unique needs of your sport organization. Together with management, this becomes our shared challenge.

  • Meet with management and the coaching staff to determine their needs and the goals for the team
  • Establish goals for any workshop designs
  • Build a program agenda that will address the goals
  • Complete the workshop design while consulting with the client to ensure the process is appropriate
  • Document and provide feedback for the coaching staff to enable them to utilize the tools learned during the team training experience
  • Follow-up with the coaching staff to assist them with further strategies
  • Provide further team processes to reinforce the learning and build on other team related needs
