LEAN BUILDERS  is the first step to inspiring your company culture as it embraces continuous improvement.

Lean Builders challenges leaders to be the example for continuous improvement – fostering an attitude inspiring total employee engagement.

Using an experiential approach to learning, participants discover the creativity within, recognize ideas as potential, and depart inspired to begin the LEAN journey.


LEAN TOOLS uses activity based learning to help your leaders understand the tools necessary to support their staff through continuous improvement initiatives. 


The training will challenge participants to implement the LEAN journey in an experience that will provide tools and lead to understanding, discovery, and implementation.

Together these programs allow participants to understand the crucial link between employee engagement (LEAN BUILDERS) and the tools used to support LEAN initiatives (LEAN TOOLS ).
