A part of MGI since 1996, Ryan has experienced the power which lies within people. When leaders align and focus this energy they have the ability to engage and empower those around them. Ryan  is inspired by the strengths that lie within individuals and what is possible when they are understood and harmonized


 
Rick Matishak
 

Founder of MGI in 1984, Rick values the unique and dynamic challenges faced by his client, and the leadership they show in overcoming those challenges.  A student of experiential training, Rick continues to explore methods in training which enable organizations to enhance team performance.

I have a love of people, travel and outdoor adventure.

Tammy Matishak
 
I get great satisfaction in watching teams storm, norm and form and move toward the immense creative spirit that lies within.  Much like a rose opening up, so too does such beauty exist within a team as they blossom to their potential.

Basil Kazakos 
 

Success is best nurtured by one’s ability to set up successful experiences in others. Sustained learning will always have an emotional connection. Mentor, musician, motorcyclist and married to a clown, Basil believes that life is a carnival, believe it or not.

As a member of the MGI team, I am blessed to work with a variety of organizations and diverse groups of people.  Twelve years of corporate leadership experience taught me that all people innately want to contribute and to be valued for who they are as a whole person.  I love helping people recognize their strengths and gain deeper understanding of how strengths impact relationships.

Lynn Thompson
 
I have a love for adventure, reptiles, and celebrating the art of Cartoonigans.  People inspire me and I love to watch the potential come to the surface.
 


 
Daniel Matishak
 
Working behind the scenes, Daniel has been putting together the music-videos for MGI for over 8 years.
With a diploma in Digital Media- Design, Daniel continues to provide his leadership and intuitive skills working with teams.
 


Claudette Pelletier Hannah
 
I really enjoy supporting people to learn more about themselves, be it through team-building or one-on-one coaching.


Pat Matishak
 
The matriarch of the Matishak Clan, Pat's sensitive, kind and gentle manner has encouraged many clients. She is inspired by nature and loves the ocean.  A kindergarten teacher in real life, she loves to watch the seed of 'team effectiveness' grow and develop. She believes that much lies within and our challenge is to offer opportunities that will help bring it to the surface.

I bring a wealth of life experiences into my program leadership.  Working within the field of education for the majority of my career, I love working with people in the workshop setting.

Dave is famous for his catch phrase, " Can you feel the love"!  My reason for starting each and every day is to connect, interact and engage with others.  I know what given the opportunity to succeed, people's performance will reach for the next level.

John brings with him the belief that we all learn best by doing -that mistakes should merely be viewed as opportunities to grow and move forward.

A philosopher, outdoorsman and aviator, John's passions often inspire others to discover and embark on their own unique personal legends.



Michael Frisbee
 
MicEL is an independant solo artist who is constantly growing in the art of collaboration with other artists of various disciplines. The process is one of uncovering ones own pure, authentic creative expression, in the context of others who are doing the same. The quality of collective intention and communication between the musicians is the crucible within the collective bliss is alchemized.  Michael brings 'team drumming' to MGI.

Facilitator, performer, mother and volunteer this enthusiastic energized

facilitator makes her sessions not only informative but also enjoyable for

her audience. Clients of all backgrounds find that she has a humorous and

highly effective way of making training enjoyable.

   


Kendra Peleshok

I have a passion for being outdoors and an appreciation for the beauty and wonder of nature. I live life as an adventure and I seldom pass up an opportunity to see new places or experience new cultures.
