Teams In Action
Using a fun, highly interactive, experiential approach we build a sense of togetherness on your team by enhancing team process and relationships. Our intention is to compliment the efforts of the coaching staff in setting this relational foundation.
The most powerful learning comes from experience and review. We use fun and high-impact experiences followed by masterful debriefing to maximize the learning.
The training process should be enjoyable and invigorating. We create activities, both indoors and out, that are exciting and intellectually stimulating. Having fun and building on success are the foundation of elevating personal and team performance.
The outcomes of team growth are observable changes in attitude and behavior. People are paid for what they produce, not just what they know. The focus of all events is to produce improved and measurable performance results.
Growth takes courage and commitment. Our training approach engages people emotionally and intellectually through the process - building a foundation of success. We provide an appropriate balance between support and challenge, in an environment of trust and respect, where teams synergize and perform well.
Teams striving for focused, common goals see the value this provides to personal and organizational success. During training, participants are exposed to the power of focused goals and common process. The workshop sets norms of understanding and trusting team process.
The routines and needs of the team come first. We design our training to have the least disruption of team practice and training routines.
The team is in control of the process. We consult with the coaches and managers to confirm their desired outcomes, design a program to meet those outcomes, then include the team in program design decisions.

"What I found with the Celtics was a set of other players who were brilliant and accomplished.
I needed to know who the different players were, what their tendencies were, their habits, and their preferences.
I had to learn about their thinking, their temperaments.
For me to play my best game, I had to discover theirs."
